Recent economic, environmental, political, and public health challenges have shone a spotlight on some of the most enduring inequities in our country. These inequities stem from structures that have systematically withheld access to better opportunities for generations. While increased awareness of these inequities is a step in the right direction, it’s merely the beginning.
Join fellow NationSwell members at DC Central Kitchen to discuss turning awareness into action. How can we muster the courage, resources, and collective will to confront the nation’s most pressing challenges? What does it mean to be an equitable leader? How can we effectively unite diverse voices and forge coalitions? What steps can we all take to not just envision, but also build, a more equitable America?”

The health and safety of our NationSwell members, staff, and community is incredibly important to us. In order to keep everyone safe, we require proof of full vaccination from everyone in attendance at the event. Fully vaccinated is defined as at least 14 days after receiving the final vaccine in a one- or two-shot protocol with a vaccine approved by the FDA or WHO (including emergency use authorization). We also encourage all attendees, presenters, and staff to wear a mask when in the event space and not actively eating or drinking
