About
Operations leaders in foundations and CSR hold down an incredible amount of critical work with limited resources. Because this function often runs with a very lean team, there are limited opportunities for peer learning.
This social impact operations leaders group will offer an opportunity to share best practices and brainstorm around challenges unique to this role. As technology, tools, and strategy evolve rapidly, this space to learn from one another will help each individual and their organization become more effective changemakers.
NationSwell’s Virtual Roundtables and Braintrusts are built for members who are actively working on the issue at hand — including senior leaders, practitioners, and subject-matter experts — making them our most accessible format. The bar for the room isn’t seniority; it’s engagement with the topic. Registration may involve a brief approval step to ensure the conversation stays high-quality.
To encourage open and candid discussion, this event follows the Chatham House Rule – attendees may share insights from the conversation but cannot attribute statements to specific individuals or organizations. This ensures a trusted space for thoughtful dialogue and deeper insights.
NationSwell’s events and experiences are designed to bring together diverse, purpose-driven leaders and organizations for learning, inspiration, relationship-building, and societal impact.
