NationSwell COVID-19 Events Policy

The health and safety of our NationSwell members, staff, and community is incredibly important to us. In order to keep everyone safe, we require proof of full vaccination from everyone in attendance at the event. Fully vaccinated is defined as at least 14 days after receiving the final vaccine in a one- or two-shot protocol with a vaccine approved by the FDA or WHO (including emergency use authorization). We also encourage all attendees, presenters, and staff to wear a mask when in the event space and not actively eating or drinking.

We are continuing to monitor the latest data and public health advice. Our team is continually assessing our health and safety policies to ensure that we are in line with public health, city, state, and federal guidelines, as well as considering the comfort level of our team and community. Given the rapidly changing nature of the current global pandemic, we reserve the right to modify our health and safety policy at any time. We will communicate any policy changes to attendees via email in advance of the event.
