About
The community health workforce is one of the most cost-effective levers we have for improving health outcomes, yet demand for these workers continues to outpace supply. From training pipelines to new funding structures, a range of models are emerging to close that gap, but not all of them scale or sustain themselves equally well. This roundtable brings together funders and practitioners to examine the models, training pipelines, and investments showing promise for growing and sustaining this workforce. Join peers to compare notes on what’s working, where the gaps remain, and how to direct resources toward approaches built to last.
NationSwell’s Virtual Roundtables and Braintrusts are built for members who are actively working on the issue at hand — including senior leaders, practitioners, and subject-matter experts — making them our most accessible format. The bar for the room isn’t seniority; it’s engagement with the topic. Registration may involve a brief approval step to ensure the conversation stays high-quality.
To encourage open and candid discussion, this event follows the Chatham House Rule – attendees may share insights from the conversation but cannot attribute statements to specific individuals or organizations. This ensures a trusted space for thoughtful dialogue and deeper insights.
NationSwell’s events and experiences are designed to bring together diverse, purpose-driven leaders and organizations for learning, inspiration, relationship-building, and societal impact.
