About
Place-based collective action is one of the most powerful — and most challenging — ways to drive lasting change in a region. Leaders working to build and sustain regional coalitions constantly navigate hard questions: How do you align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision? How do you fund coalition work sustainably? How do you keep community voice and engagement at the center as efforts scale?
Join NationSwell for a virtual roundtable co-hosted with the Walton Family Foundation and Delta Philanthropy Forum, bringing together a curated group of leaders with direct experience building and managing place-based coalitions, and those who are interested in doing so. Together, we’ll dig into practical strategies for funding regional collaboratives, operationalizing multi-stakeholder partnerships, and deepening community engagement — while creating space to share real challenges, hard-won lessons, and emerging ideas with peers who understand the work.
This conversation is designed to leave every participant with sharper strategies, new connections, and a stronger playbook for advancing collective action in their own community.
NationSwell’s events and experiences are designed to bring together diverse, purpose-driven leaders and organizations for learning, inspiration, relationship-building, and societal impact.
