About
Homeownership remains one of the most powerful—and most unevenly distributed—wealth-building tools in America. Rising housing costs, limited supply, structural inequities in lending and appraisals, and stagnant wages have pushed the dream of owning a home out of reach for millions. Yet across the country, impact-driven actors are testing new solutions that merit deeper investigation and exploration.
NationSwell invites corporate, philanthropic, and nonprofit leaders to discuss what’s working, what’s emerging, and what still needs to be invented. We’ll examine the opportunities and constraints organizations face in expanding access to homeownership, surface promising models that can scale, and identify where multi-sector collaboration could move dollars and outcomes.
To encourage open and candid discussion, this event follows the Chatham House Rule – attendees may share insights from the conversation but cannot attribute statements to specific individuals or organizations. This ensures a trusted space for thoughtful dialogue and deeper insights.
NationSwell’s events and experiences are designed to bring together diverse, purpose-driven leaders and organizations for learning, inspiration, relationship-building, and societal impact.
