In a period of rapid technological, economic, and social transformation, the dominant narratives around AI and labor are primarily shaped by tech companies. Workers’ voices and interests are often left out, despite being at the heart of these shifts. This Brain Trust convenes a diverse group of stakeholders—including developers, implementers, investors, policy experts, and worker advocates—to explore the current challenges, incentives, and opportunities for centering workers in the future of AI.

The session is designed as a candid, cross-sectoral conversation to:

• Illuminate the incentives and challenges facing each stakeholder group.
• Identify practical pathways for responsible, worker-centered AI development and implementation.
• Challenge prevailing narratives and collectively envision an affirmative vision for the future of work.
