About
What would it take to transform White Oak—a cross-sector coalition serving military and veteran families—into a lasting platform for resilience and systems change? In this conversation, we will pressure-test the institutional design required for that leap: the capital stack, policy alignment, corporate integration, and narrative influence needed to support national scale.
Together, we will:
- Surface the core design elements of an enduring institution (governance, capital stack, and long-term sustainability).
- Identify key policy and corporate levers that can hardwire support for military and veteran families into existing systems.
- Consider what narrative shift is needed so that the experiences and resilience of military and veteran families are centered in public, private, and philanthropic decision-making.
