Far more than just a buzzword, neurodivergence — variations in the ways we think, learn, understand, and perceive the world — has emerged as an integral pillar of any solid DEIB strategy in recent years. In addition to helping team members feel included and accommodated for, embracing neurodivergence in the workplace can be a gateway towards uncovering unexpected solutions, outcomes, and ways of thinking and communicating.

During this virtual event, we’ll make space to hear from our fellow leaders on the strategies, tools, and approaches they’re leaning on in order to make neurodivergent workers feel seen and understood while simultaneously unlocking new pathways towards creativity, innovation, and problem solving.

This is the third and final event in a virtual series focused on reimagining leadership in a hybrid workforce. Our goal is to carve out virtual space for connection, support, and shared learning for any leaders of nonprofits, businesses, social enterprises, and communities who are navigating the new landscape that is hybrid work.
