What would it look like to cultivate collaborative relationships not only across sectors but across race, identity, and experience? Racial healing is a deeply personal experience and it is also a vitally important part of strong leadership, especially for people working across systems and sectors.
In this intimate Leadership Lunch, NationSwell and the W.K. Kellogg Foundation will convene senior leaders from across sectors to explore how racial healing and relationship-building can unlock deeper collaboration and catalyze change that lasts. The experience will open with a dialogue between La June Montgomery Tabron, President and CEO of WKKF, and NationSwell CEO Greg Behrman, rooted in La June’s book How We Heal, which offers both a framework and a call to action for building bridges across differences.
