NationSwell is convening a small group of impact leaders for an intimate Leadership Lunch, bringing together cross-sector leaders from across New Jersey and the broader region. Co-hosted by the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation, the gathering is designed to deepen relationships within the local ecosystem, strengthen community, and create space for candid conversation among peers navigating shared opportunities and challenges rooted in place.

Grounded in a New Jersey lens, the conversation will offer a chance to swap notes on what is emerging across the region, surface shared priorities, and explore opportunities for collaboration within the region and beyond. Together, the group will reflect on how leaders are navigating this moment and where greater alignment, partnership, and collective momentum may be possible.
