Love is so central to what matters most to us in our lives – and our leadership is no exception. Yet we so rarely dedicate time to thoughtful exploration of how we think about it; how it guides us; how it shapes how we lead and the cultures we are fostering; how it informs our work and impact; and the relationships that matter most to us.

It will be a warm, open, and intimate conversation designed to provide you with time and space to reflect on the ways love shapes our ongoing and ever-evolving journey of personal leadership, how leading with love and compassion helps us to meet the challenges of our current cultural moment, and how we can better center love at the core of our leadership.
