About
Mental health has become a central part of the workplace conversation. Companies are investing in benefits, programs, policies, and new approaches to supporting employees—but amid all that activity, a harder question remains: What is actually working?
Join us for an upcoming NationSwell Leadership Lunch focused on moving workplace mental health from performative to transformative. Together with Kathy Pike of One Mind, senior people leaders and cross-sector peers will explore what meaningful progress looks like, where promising approaches are emerging, and how organizations can move beyond isolated initiatives toward cultures, systems, and practices that measurably improve employee wellbeing.
This is a space for candid conversation about what we’re learning, where organizations are still falling short, and what it will take to make mental health a genuine part of how workplaces operate and lead. We hope you’ll join us.
This is more than a lunch—it’s a space to connect, reflect, and lead together. Will you join us?
This is a Chatham House Rule conversation — candid, collaborative, and designed to surface the kind of honest exchange that only happens in a room of trusted peers. Come ready to engage.
Leadership Lunches bring together a curated group of roughly 10 to 12 senior leaders for an intimate, off-the-record midday conversation. These lunches are best suited for principal-level members or their direct reports who are navigating complex decisions and would benefit from a trusted room of peers working at a similar level. Spots are limited, and attendance is by invitation or approval.
