Jazz Pharmaceuticals is in the process of formalizing and enhancing their social impact strategy with NationSwell’s support. Alongside a series of internal and external interviews with leaders at Jazz and beyond, they are excited to host a convening with peers to explore how others are creating the ‘S’ strategy in ESG. We hope to gather leaders — especially those who work in health equity, civic health, employee volunteerism & giving, or corporate philanthropy— to share insights and lessons learned around what works, where there are current gaps, and where the most pressing opportunities exist for social impact strategies to address.

Join us for a 90-minute focus group where we will explore external social impact strategies, with a specific focus on health equity, corporate philanthropy, civic health, volunteerism, and employee giving programs. For the purposes of this focus group we will not be diving into the impact of a company’s policies on their employees, but rather focus on the social impact strategies that are related to the external business activities, philanthropy, and community impact. This focus group will gather peers who can discuss best-in-class examples, cutting edge tactics, and emerging corporate models to create a robust social impact strategy.
