As companies and funders deepen their climate commitments and dial in on the operations behind decarbonization, they have an opportunity to create more equitable, just, and lasting solutions — and a responsibility to reduce the potential social harm caused by that work. During this NationSwell Leader Roundtable, we’ll surface the most effective climate justice models and approaches that are working today, and think aloud about the solutions that don’t yet exist. 

Together, we’ll explore the intersection between climate impact and climate justice, looking specifically at how we can ensure that climate funding reaches more BIPOC leaders and communities; how incentives and strategies to advance sustainability goals can exist alongside creating a more inclusive, prosperous, and equitable economy; and how companies are balancing climate change mitigation efforts with the needs of communities and ecosystems to adapt to a changing climate.
