Virtual Roundtable
Wednesday, June 18, 2025
4:00pm – 5:00pm ET
In 2023, more than 700 million people worldwide faced hunger and 3.1 billion couldn’t afford a healthy diet. In the U.S., nearly 1 in 5 households experienced food insecurity. Those numbers are staggering, and yet U.S. federal funding cuts in 2025 threaten to exacerbate the challenge. Food banks, programs like Meals on Wheels, and public schools are already experiencing decreased access to healthy food options that communities depend on.
The need for bold, scalable solutions has never been greater.
In this virtual Leader Roundtable, NationSwell will bring together leaders from business, philanthropy, and the nonprofit sector for a candid, action-oriented conversation on advancing food security and nutrition. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what’s needed next, and where there’s momentum for meaningful collaboration and systems-level impact.
To encourage open and candid discussion, this event follows the Chatham House Rule – attendees may share insights from the conversation but cannot attribute statements to specific individuals or organizations. This ensures a trusted space for thoughtful dialogue and deeper insights.
NationSwell’s events and experiences are designed to bring together diverse, purpose-driven leaders and organizations for learning, inspiration, relationship-building, and societal impact.
