Imagine a future in which the health of older adults is prioritized and recognized as not just a personal benefit but an asset for our society. A future in which longevity enables people to enjoy vibrant and healthy later lives with opportunities for meaningful roles and responsibilities in their communities. This is the global vision that the National Academy of Medicine Global Roadmap for Health Longevity elevates — where families, communities, and even whole nations are flourishing after decades of focus on equity.
Join NationSwell as we explore this vision and look to create a world in which we have achieved Healthy Longevity. Erwin Tan, a director at AARP Thought Leadership, will lead a discussion examining how we can create inclusive practices and institutions that provide an equitable and just pathway to healthy longevity for all.
This event is for leaders in health care and workforce development, as well as corporate leaders and those with an interest in health equity and DEIB.
This event is presented in partnership with AARP.
