This can be especially true for single\, working caregivers. As the most recent wave of the pandemic recedes and more people return to the office\, leaving less time for employees’ caregiving duties\, it is critically important that employers tackle this problem head-on. \nIn this Strategic Advisory Workshop\, NationSwell Council members who are simultaneously both parents and leaders will ask for your feedback on actionable principles that workplaces can employ to improve the lives of their caregiving employees. This event is for Council members who are CEOs\, people managers\, or in HR\, as well as any caregivers in the NationSwell Council. \nNationSwell Strategic Advisory Groups provide a great way for members to support each other\, build community\, offer advice\, and collaborate.
