SUMMARY:NationSwell On-the-Ground: A Conversation on Equity in Action at DC Central Kitchen
DESCRIPTION:NationSwell On-the-Ground: A Conversation on Equity in Action at DC Central Kitchen\n \n \n \n \n \n In-Person Event | Washington\, DCThursday\, October 26\, 20236:00pm – 9:00pm ET \n \n I'm interested in joining this event. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n About\n \n \n \n \n \n Location information will be provided in a separate email once your registration has been confirmed. \nRecent economic\, environmental\, political\, and public health challenges have shone a spotlight on some of the most enduring inequities in our country. These inequities stem from structures that have systematically withheld access to better opportunities for generations. While increased awareness of these inequities is a step in the right direction\, it’s merely the beginning. \nJoin fellow NationSwell members at DC Central Kitchen to discuss turning awareness into action. How can we muster the courage\, resources\, and collective will to confront the nation’s most pressing challenges? What does it mean to be an equitable leader? How can we effectively unite diverse voices and forge coalitions? What steps can we all take to not just envision\, but also build\, a more equitable America?” \nLight bites and refreshments will be provided. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Featured Participant\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Joel R. To address this issue\, we must tackle three key educational gaps: inadequate skill development from early grades; insufficient career preparation; and the lack of school accountability linked to successful career and civic outcomes. \nJoin the NationSwell Council for a virtual roundtable where members from various educational\, political\, and economic backgrounds will discuss strategies to redesign educational and career pathways for all students.  \nThis virtual event is related to our equity and justice theme at NationSwell and open to all Council members passionate about education\, social justice\, and economic opportunity. \n“I don’t think that the next generation should fear just being who they are rather than conforming to an expectation of what they are meant to be.”– Jacinda Ardern \n  \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Featured Participant\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n David Adams\nCEO  \nThe Urban Assembly\, Inc. \n \n Learn more\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Mohan Sivaloganathan\nCEO \nOur Turn \n \n Learn more\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Brett Roer\nDirector of Partnerships & Community Engagement  \nLeveragED Foundation \n \n Learn more\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Meghan Mackay\nExecutive Director \nLeveragED Foundation \n \n Learn more\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Ashley Gramby\nSenior Director of Marketing and Communications \nGirls Who Code \n \n Learn more\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Upcoming Events\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Check out the Council calendar to learn more about upcoming events. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n NationSwell’s events and experiences are designed to bring together diverse\, purpose-driven leaders and organizations for learning\, inspiration\, relationship-building\, and societal impact.

From the biological structures\, systems\, and processes that we adapt from nature to solve complex human problems to the ways our every decision and action have direct implications for the burgeoning climate crisis\, our lives\, choices\, and even our jobs are inextricably linked to the natural world. From community-based green energy hubs in cities\, to Living Seawalls\, there are so many ways that we are innovating to restore ecosystems\, and reconnect people with Nature. \nIn a series of in-person salons hosted in cities across the U.S.\, NationSwell Council leaders will convene to discuss our climate legacy — who we are\, how we will be remembered\, and what we can still do to make things better for future generations. In Washington\, D.C.\, we’ll pay special attention to how record-breaking heat waves\, rising sea levels\, and heavy flooding from the Potomac and the Anacostia stand to threaten the district in the coming years and present particular challenges for the city’s most marginalized and disadvantaged communities. \nJoin us for a wide-ranging conversation on the ways our actions have consequences\, the legacy we want to leave as leaders\, parents\, friends\, and global citizens\, and how the ways in which we show up as people will be mirrored in the natural world surrounding us for decades to come. \nNationSwell is happy to host this salon on World Oceans Day\, and during CHOW (Capitol Hill Ocean Week 2023)\, a conference that gathers leading voices to explore the ocean-climate connection and advance climate strategies. In Los Angeles\, we’ll pay special attention to the deadly droughts and wildfires that have been ravaging California in recent years\, and the ways rising sea levels\, increases in air temperatures\, changes in precipitation\, and changes in sediment supply will have far-reaching consequences for nearly every aspect of the California’s ecosystem. \nJoin us for a wide-ranging conversation on the ways our actions have consequences\, the legacy we want to leave as leaders\, parents\, friends\, and global citizens\, and how the ways in which we show up as people will be mirrored in the natural world surrounding us for decades to come. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Facilitator \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Ray Hutchinson\nVice President \nNationSwell \n \n Learn more\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Featured Participants\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Taj Ahmad Eldridge\nManaging Director – Climate Innovation \nJobs for the Future \n \n Learn more\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Giorgio Angelini\nEmmy/Sundance Winning Filmmaker \nArchitect \n \n Learn more\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Ron Finley\nCEO/Gangsta Gardener \nThe Ron Finley Project \n \n Learn more\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Host\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Ty Warod \nPartner / Co-Head of Scale \nOn Deck \n \n Learn more\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n SCHEDULE \n \n \n \n \n \n 6:00 PM \nWelcome and Happy Hour \n7:00 PM \nFormal Discussion \n8:15 PM \nReflect and Mingle \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n COVID-19 In-Person Policy\n \n \n \n \n \n The health and safety of our NationSwell members\, staff\, and community is incredibly important to us. The NationSwell Council has spent the last few months asking questions about how we can rethink connectedness\, community\, and partnership; how we can reorganize in ways that produce more equitable outcomes; and what leadership means in 2023; and we’re excited to continue those conversations in person! \nJoin us for a living room-style salon where we’ll talk about the future of work and what it means to truly share power\, refine our approaches to culture-building\, and rethink traditional metrics for success in order to focus on a broader set of outcomes. \nMeeting many of the challenges we face will require us to move towards a model that brings in disparate leaders from across systems to build a new culture of equity and belonging — one that prioritizes DEIB initiatives\, mindful hiring practices\, and workforce satisfaction and retention rates. We’re looking forward to getting together in-person in order to build upon our past conversations\, share key insights from prior conversations\, and pool our experiences and ideas in order to continue building out our shared definition of a more evolved leadership. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n FEATURING\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Beth Bengtson\nCEO & Founder \nWorking for Women \n \n Learn more\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Jason Craige Harris \nManaging Partner and Senior Advisor ((Strategist\, Mediator\, Coach\, DEI Specialist)) \n Perception Strategies \n \n Learn more\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Radha Ruparell \nHead of Global Leadership Accelerator \nTeach For All \n \n Learn more\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Josh Saterman\nCEO \nSaterman Connect \n \n Learn more\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Host\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Tory Clarke \nCo-Founder and Partner \nBridge Partners  \n \n Learn more\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n AGENDA\n \n \n \n \n \n 6:00 PMWelcome and Happy Hour \n7:00 PMFormal Discussion \n8:15 PMReflect and Mingle \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n COVID-19 In-Person Policy\n \n \n \n \n \n The health and safety of our NationSwell members\, staff\, and community is incredibly important to us. SUMMARY:Bringing Climate into our work
DESCRIPTION:Bringing Climate into our Work\n \n \n \n \n \n Location: VirtualThursday April 13\, 20234:00pm – 5:00pm ET | 1:00pm – 2:00pm PT \n \n I'm interested in joining this event. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n About\n \n \n \n \n \n New research suggests that at least 85 percent of the world’s population has already experienced extreme weather events made worse by climate change\, and that more than 200 million people worldwide are bound to be displaced by the effects of the climate crisis by the year 2050. It is becoming increasingly clear that no matter who we are or where we live\, we all have a role to play in the solution. Leaders are becoming aware of the intersectional nature of climate issues – all jobs are eco-jobs\, and all organizations can incorporate climate into their work. Exciting cross-sector initiatives\, such as The Partnership for the Civilian Climate Corps that will put people on pathways to good-paying jobs in the clean energy and resilience sectors\, show us how leaders are entering the climate conversation and making a difference.  \nJoin us for a leadership support session led by climate experts from across industries on what you can do to incorporate a climate focus into your organization’s work. We’ll tackle key questions around implementing those changes: how to engage the next generation of leaders in our programs; how we can structure new financial mechanisms that de-risks investment in climate tech solutions at the project development stage; and how we can best leverage the most effective cross-sector partnerships and storytelling to catalyze support for the implementation of new solutions. \nOur goal is to carve out virtual space for connection\, support\, and shared learning for any leaders of nonprofits\, businesses\, social enterprises\, and communities who are navigating ways to address intersectional issues in their work. SUMMARY:The Future of the Workforce - DC
DESCRIPTION:The Future of the Workforce – Washington\, DC\n \n \n \n \n \n In-Person Event | Washington\, DCTuesday\, March 28\, 20236:00pm – 9:00pm ET \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n About\n \n \n \n \n \n Location information will be provided in a separate email once your registration has been confirmed. \nNew challenges exacerbated by the pandemic have created a unique inflection point — a necessary pause that leaders of companies across the country are using to step back and reimagine a workforce that could better serve their teams. Educational institutions have responded to the ways under-resourced and disenfranchised groups were disproportionately hit and are coming up with solutions that can build untraditional pipelines into the future of work; think tanks are considering the ways an uncertain political future may impact the career preparation ecosystem; and leaders across sectors are advancing programs that can support all levels of learning and skill-building\, from K-12\, to college associates and vocational degrees\, to adult education\, and to professional development.  \nDuring a series of inspiring salons hosted across three cities — New York\, San Francisco\, and Washington\, D.C. — we’ll unpack some of the biggest questions about how to build that workforce of the future: How can we build pathways to opportunity that are accessible for a wider array of people? What are the skills needed to set today’s workforce up for success? How can we balance individual flexibility and seamless collaboration? What are the right ways to talk about and mitigate burnout? SUMMARY:Equitable Digital Transformation: The Future of Learning & Earning
DESCRIPTION:Equitable Digital Transformation: The Future of Learning & Earning\n \n \n \n \n \n Virtual MainstageTuesday\, March 14\, 20234:00 PM – 5:00 PM ET \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n ABOUT\n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n\n\nJoin Digital Promise and NationSwell to hear from leaders and change makers at the forefront of transforming the digital landscape for more equitable learning and economic opportunities. \nThe future of learning – at school and at work – is more integrated with technology than ever before. We have an opportunity for much-needed digital transformation so that we will be ready for anything the future brings. \nAn equitable approach to digital transformation of learning and work is critical in order to ensure historically and systematically excluded learners and earners will be included in all that  innovation has to offer.  \nWith this in mind\, we are asking several key questions to inform the future of learning and earning: How might we ensure that this transformation is inclusive and not further exacerbating the digital divide? How should systems change in order to further close the digital divide? What tools and projects exist that are showing promise towards a more equitable digital future? How are new digital systems for credentialing and record management reshaping economic and social mobility and opportunity?  What groups are the most excluded from digital transformation? What does successful digital transformation of school and work look like? \n\n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Panelists\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Jean-Claude Brizard\nPresident and CEO \nDigital Promise \n \n Learn more\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Kristina Harrison Francis\nExecutive Director\, JFFLabs \nJobs for the Future \n \n Learn more\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Dr. Suzanne Lacey\nSuperintendent \nTalladega County Schools \n \n Learn more\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Hector Mujica\nHead of Economic Opportunity \nGoogle.org \n \n Learn more\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n IN COLLABORATION WITH\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n NationSwell’s events and experiences are designed to bring together diverse\, purpose-driven leaders and organizations for learning\, inspiration\, relationship-building\, and societal impact.

SUMMARY:Building Cultures and the Role of Leadership
DESCRIPTION:Building Cultures and the Role of Leadership\n \n \n \n \n \n Virtual Event | ZoomThursday\, February 23\, 20234:00 pm – 5:00 pm ET \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n About\n \n \n \n \n \n For the past two years\, organizations have been forced to navigate a series of social\, financial\, and political pressures that no one could have seen coming. As the dust begins to settle\, it’s become increasingly obvious where organizations have made great strides towards achieving more equitable cultures and organizational outlooks — and where they still have room to grow. \nAs we continue to steer towards that more equitable and egalitarian future\, join us for a conversation on what your fellow leaders are doing to build a culture of equity and belonging — one that prioritizes DEIB initiatives\, mindful hiring practices\, and workforce satisfaction and retention rates. During this virtual roundtable\, we’ll connect on some of the challenges we’re still facing and discuss the opportunities we’re eyeing to help us advance corporate cultures that pave the way towards progress\, equality\, and greater social impact overall.  \nThis is the second event in a virtual series focused on reimagining leadership in a hybrid workforce. Our goal is to carve out virtual space for connection\, support\, and shared learning for any leaders of nonprofits\, businesses\, social enterprises\, and communities who are navigating the new landscape that is hybrid work. \nAll members of the NationSwell Council are welcome to attend. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Upcoming Events\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Check out the Council calendar to learn more about upcoming events. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n NationSwell’s events and experiences are designed to bring together diverse\, purpose-driven leaders and organizations for learning\, inspiration\, relationship-building\, and societal impact.

DESCRIPTION:The Future of the Workforce – San Francisco\n \n \n \n \n \n In-Person Event | San Francisco\nWednesday\, February 1\, 2023\, \n6:00pm – 9:00pm PT\n \n I'm interested in joining this event. \n \n \n \n \n \n I am interested in joining The Future of the Workforce – San Francisco.\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n About\n \n \n \n \n \n Location information will be provided in a separate email once your registration has been confirmed. SUMMARY:Inclusive Leadership: How We Lead Online and Offline
DESCRIPTION:Inclusive Leadership: How We Lead Online and Offline\n \n \n \n \n \n Location: VirtualWednesday\, January 18\, 20234:00pm – 5:00pm ET | 1:00pm – 2:00pm PT \n \n I'm interested in joining this event. \n \n \n \n \n \n I am interested in joining Inclusive Leadership: How We Lead Online and Offline.\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n About\n \n \n \n \n \n The leaders at the helm of today’s impact organizations are being asked to contend with two very different versions of reality: the physical\, “real world\,” in which we live\, and the virtual\, online world where so much of our work\, connection\, and communication is increasingly taking place.  \nThe newness of hybrid and remote work have prompted a string of urgent questions for leaders: How can we recenter things like connectedness\, community\, and partnership in a way that accounts for our new definitions of proximity and closeness? Do the traditional metrics for success still make sense\, or should we be retraining our focus on a broader set of outcomes? And\, above all else: What is the right way to work for social impact organizations\, nonprofits\, and social enterprises in 2023?  \nJoin us for a pragmatic conversation on what we’re seeing\, learning\, and trying as we attempt to lead both online and offline in our own organizations. Together\, we’ll piece together a composite sketch of what our peer leaders are piloting as they reimagine what inclusive leadership can look like in a new hybrid workforce. \nThis is the first event in a virtual series focused on reimagining leadership in a hybrid workforce. Our goal is to carve out virtual space for connection\, support\, and shared learning for any leaders of nonprofits\, businesses\, social enterprises\, and communities who are navigating the new landscape that is hybrid work. All members of the NationSwell Council are welcome to attend. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Upcoming Events\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Check out the Council calendar to learn more about upcoming events. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n NationSwell’s events and experiences are designed to bring together diverse\, purpose-driven leaders and organizations for learning\, inspiration\, relationship-building\, and societal impact.

In Boston and beyond\, wages have stagnated while inflation continues to rise\, making incomes that once put workers squarely in the middle class in a position of economic precarity. At the same time\, wealth continues to accumulate at record levels among the top 1%\, while ordinary Americans struggle through the pandemic\, prepare for a recession\, and worry about social and economic strife. \nJoin fellow NationSwell Council members for an informative and engaging dinner conversation where we will tackle questions of how we can restore\, or better yet\, interrogate and reimagine the American Dream and create an inclusive and equity-driven society and economy that works for all. We will examine where our individual and collective power lies — in the workplace\, in the economy\, and in our communities — and how we can wield it in solidarity to restore our agency and positively impact our economic and social outcomes. \nThis participatory event is for local Council members who are interested in social justice\, economic opportunity\, and generational equity. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n AGENDA\n \n \n \n \n \n 6:00 PMWelcome and Happy Hour \n6:45 PMDinner and Discussion \n8:30 PMMingle with fellow Council members \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n COVID-19 In-Person Policy\n \n \n \n \n \n The health and safety of our NationSwell members\, staff\, and community is incredibly important to us. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n AGENDA\n \n \n \n \n \n 6:00 PMWelcome and Happy Hour \n6:45 PMDinner and Discussion \n8:30 PMClosing and Takeaways \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n COVID-19 In-Person Policy\n \n \n \n \n \n The health and safety of our NationSwell members\, staff\, and community is incredibly important to us. SUMMARY:Break the Bias Part 4: Understanding Reproductive Healthcare and Access Through Inspiring Examples\, New York City
DESCRIPTION:Break the Bias Part 4: Understanding Reproductive Healthcare and Access Through Inspiring Examples\, New York City\n \n \n \n \n \n In-Person Event | New York CityNovember 2\, 6:00pm – 9:00pm ET \n \n Join the Waitlist.\n \n \n \n \n \n I am interested in joining the conversation Understanding Reproductive Healthcare and Access\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n About\n \n \n \n \n \n The fight to secure access to safe reproductive health care faces an uphill climb. With the Supreme Court’s decision in Dobbs v. Jackson eliminating the constitutional right to abortions and a flurry of restrictive legislation being proposed\, passed\, and enacted\, the work can be both physically exhausting and emotionally draining. But there is reason to be optimistic. \nJoin fellow Council Leaders for a discussion on the future of reproductive health and justice. The discourse surrounding abortion can sometimes feel devisive\, but reproductive rights is a conversation for all — one that includes issues of health\, equal opportunity\, justice\, and civic action. \nInspiring organizations are already finding opportunities to affect change\, such as Sister Song\, Collective Power\, Reproductive Health Access Project\, and Caraway Health.  \nThis Jeffersonian-style salon\, hosted by NationSwell Council members Tory Clarke\, co-founder and Partner at Bridge Partners\, and Beth Bengtson\, CEO of Working for Women\, is an opportunity to think deeply about how we might reimagine the future of reproductive health and rights\, and ask how we can be inspired by those already working in this sphere to continue to take action in thoughtful ways that drive change. \nThis in-person event is for leaders and activists with a strong interest in equity\, justice\, and human rights. Light bites and drinks will be provided.  \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Hosted By\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Tory Clarke\nCo-founder and Partner \nBridge Partners \n \n Learn more\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Facilitated By\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Beth Bengtson\nCEO  \nWorking for Women \n \n Learn more\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n COVID-19 In-Person Policy\n \n \n \n \n \n The health and safety of our NationSwell members\, staff\, and community is incredibly important to us.
