The Case for Childcare Collaborative – a partnership with American Family Insurance Institute for Corporate & Social Impact, Annie E. Casey Foundation, Care In Action, National Domestic Workers Alliance, Pivotal Ventures & Working for Women – has investigated the business role in supporting the participation of working families in the workforce, particularly moms of color in low-wage industries.

 

In this working group, we will explore a roadmap for change that our Collaborative of partners may take over the coming years – looking at short-term wins and long-term systemic change. With feedback from cross-sector leaders, we hope to elevate, supplement, and fuel the existing work in the care movement.
