Virtual Roundtable
Thursday, September 14, 2023
4:00pm – 5:00pm ET
Our nation has struggled to equip all students for meaningful civic engagement and success in the global economy, resulting in unequal educational, economic, and civic opportunities for BIPOC students and workers. To address this issue, we must tackle three key educational gaps: inadequate skill development from early grades; insufficient career preparation; and the lack of school accountability linked to successful career and civic outcomes.
Join the NationSwell Council for a virtual roundtable where members from various educational, political, and economic backgrounds will discuss strategies to redesign educational and career pathways for all students.
This virtual event is related to our equity and justice theme at NationSwell and open to all Council members passionate about education, social justice, and economic opportunity.
