Employers are moving toward skills-based employee engagement as an important component of both talent and impact strategies. Outside of critical mentorship and coaching roles, many professionals find that their expertise is best deployed in an impact partner’s back office to improve accounting or communications.
There are greater opportunities for skills-based employee engagement with talent development organizations to identify and address skills gaps across a range of job families. In this session, we will explore strategies that strengthen talent pipelines, enhance employee experience, and deliver results for business and communities.
