This session will examine how businesses can move workforce development solutions upstream from individual interventions, focusing on broader strategies that impact industry ecosystems and talent markets. Through real-world case studies, we’ll explore how companies are leveraging cross-sector collaboration, policy engagement, and new models to drive scale and sustainability.

This session is part 2 of a 3-event series called Impact X Talent, cohosted by NationSwell and the International Youth Foundation. The series is exploring scalable and sustainable workforce development strategies that create shared value for businesses and communities. The ultimate goals of the series are to:

1. Develop a playbook of case studies featuring firms that have aligned impact strategies to talent challenges at the firm and sector level; and
2. Identify opportunities for joint action to move the needle on shared workforce challenges.
