Companies are interested in hiring more first-generation college students and talent of color than ever before, and there is a clear opportunity to continue investment after they have entered the workforce, creating environments where entry-level employees are able to progress and thrive in their roles. We are in an opportune moment to accelerate progress with the current focus on increasing protections for DEIB programs.
