4:00pm – 5:00pm ET / 1:00pm – 2:00pm PT
As philanthropy evolves, funders are increasingly seeking partnerships with peers to amplify and accelerate their impact. While there are various approaches, one emerging trend is funders fundraising from peers in order to advance their specific theory of change and support their grantee portfolio. This roundtable will explore how funders can navigate this model in addition to other strategies to pool resources. We’ll discuss best practices, lessons learned, and key distinctions between funder-led fundraising and traditional donor collaboratives, as well as the opportunities and challenges it presents for equity, transparency, and shared influence. In addition to sharing insights and fostering connections, we aim to elevate funding opportunities within the community to deepen collective impact.
NationSwell’s events and experiences are designed to bring together diverse, purpose-driven leaders and organizations for learning, inspiration, relationship-building, and societal impact.
