Join Digital Promise and NationSwell to hear from leaders and change makers at the forefront of transforming the digital landscape for more equitable learning and economic opportunities. The future of learning – at school and at work – is more integrated with technology than ever before. We have an opportunity for much-needed digital transformation so that we will be ready for anything the future brings. An equitable approach to digital transformation of learning and work is critical in order to ensure historically and systematically excluded learners and earners will be included in all that innovation has to offer. With this in mind, we are asking several key questions to inform the future of learning and earning: How might we ensure that this transformation is inclusive and not further exacerbating the digital divide? How should systems change in order to further close the digital divide? What tools and projects exist that are showing promise towards a more equitable digital future? How are new digital systems for credentialing and record management reshaping economic and social mobility and opportunity? What groups are the most excluded from digital transformation? What does successful digital transformation of school and work look like? |
